Dense & spreading shrub, 0.5-1.5 m high. Fl. Aug to Nov. Gravel. In gravel pit.
Scientific Description
Shrubs, 0.5-1.5 m high; branchlets hairy, not glaucous. Leaves alternate, 40-55 mm long, hairy, on the adaxial or abaxial surface, the hairs curled; lamina flat, once divided, pinnately divided, divided to the midrib; lobes 15-35 mm long, 1-1.2 mm wide, the margins revolute, enclosing the lower surface of the leaf blade, forming a groove either side of the midvein. Inflorescences terminal, grey; pedicels 1.5-2 mm long. Perianth 8-10 mm long; tepals some joined and some free after flower opens, hairy, simple-hairy; ovary hairy, sessile; pistil 34-36 mm long, black, pollen presenter oblique, style glabrous. Follicles glandular hairy, not viscid, dehiscent, 13-16 mm long. Flowers in August, September, October or November. Occurs in the South-west (SW) Botanical Province(s), in the Jarrah Forest (JF) IBRA subregion(s). : Conservation code Priority Two (P2).
