Erect, spreading shrub, 0.5-1.5 m high. Fl. green-yellow, Nov to Dec. Gravelly sand, laterite, sandy clay over sandstone. Undulating plains.
Scientific Description
Shrubs, 0.5-1 m high; branchlets glabrous or hairy, ribbed. Leaves alternate, 5-8 mm long, 1.5-4 mm wide, glabrous; lamina flat, clearly widest above the middle, entire, smooth, the margins flat; apex obtuse. Inflorescences yellow; pedicels 0.5-1 mm long, hairy. Perianth 6-9 mm long, radially symmetrical, glabrous; anther appendage absent; ovary glabrous; pistil 6-8 mm long. Flowers in November or December. Occurs in the South-west (SW) Botanical Province(s), in the Mallee (MAL) IBRA subregion(s). : Conservation code Priority One (P1).
