Erect, spreading, lignotuberous shrub, 0.07-0.4 m high. Fl. yellow, Nov to Dec. Yellow or white sand over laterite.
Scientific Description
Shrubs; branchlets hairy, not ribbed. Leaves alternate, 8-10 mm long, 1-1.5 mm wide, glabrous; lamina flat, more or less the same width throughout, entire, smooth, the margins revolute; apex pungent. Inflorescences yellow; pedicels 1.5-3 mm long, hairy. Perianth 14-17 mm long, radially symmetrical, glabrous; anther appendage present, 2-3 mm long; ovary glabrous; pistil 13-14 mm long. Flowers in November or December. Occurs in the South-west (SW) Botanical Province(s), in the Geraldton Sandplains (GS) IBRA subregion(s). : Conservation code Priority Three (P3).
