Scientific Description

Shrubs, 0.2-0.6 m high; branchlets hairy, not ribbed. Leaves alternate, 20-30 mm long, 6-9 mm wide, hairy; lamina flat, widest around the middle, entire, scabrous, the margins flat; apex obtuse. Inflorescences white or yellow; pedicels 2-2.5 mm long, hairy. Perianth 9-10 mm long, radially symmetrical, hairy, the hairs appressed; anther appendage present, 2.8-3 mm long; ovary glabrous; pistil 8 mm long. Flowers in January or December. Occurs in the South-west (SW) Botanical Province(s), in the Mallee (MAL) or Esperance Plains (ESP) IBRA subregion(s). : Conservation code Priority Two (P2).
