Erect shrub, 0.5-1.5 m high. Fl. white-other, Jul to Nov. Sand, laterite. Sandplains.
Scientific Description
Shrubs, 0.5-1 m high; branchlets hairy. Leaves alternate, 20-170 mm long, 3-20 mm wide, glabrous; lamina flat, widest around the middle, entire, erect. Inflorescences without leaves, the flowers dispersed singly, white, hairy; floral bracts 3-5 mm long, hairy. Perianth 4-8 mm long, irregular, hairy; upper lip 1.5-3.5 mm long; lower lip 1-1.5 mm long, hairy. Nut 3-3.3 mm long. Flowers in July, August, September, October or November. Occurs in the South-west (SW) Botanical Province(s), in the Geraldton Sandplains (GS) IBRA subregion(s).
