Scientific Description
Shrubs, 1-3 m high; branchlets glabrous, with a glaucous bloom. Leaves alternate, 25-45 mm long, hairy, on the abaxial surface, the hairs straight; lamina flat, once divided, tripartitely divided, divided to the midrib; lobes 20-45 mm long, 0.5-1.5 mm wide, the margins revolute, exposing the lower surface of the leaf blade or enclosing the lower surface of the leaf blade, forming a groove either side of the midvein. Inflorescences axillary or terminal, white or cream; pedicels 3-4 mm long. Perianth 3-3.5 mm long; tepals all free after flower opens, glabrous; ovary glabrous, stipitate, the stipe 1-1.5 mm long; pistil 3-4 mm long, white or cream, pollen presenter conical, style glabrous. Follicles glabrous, not viscid, dehiscent, 6-9 mm long. Flowers in June, July, August or September. Occurs in the South-west (SW) Botanical Province(s), in the Avon Wheatbelt (AW) or Mallee (MAL) IBRA subregion(s).
