Erect shrub, 1.3-1.6 m high. Fl. white-cream, Sep to Nov. Stony loam. Ironstone hills.
Scientific Description
Shrubs, 1-2 m high; branchlets glabrous or hairy, with a glaucous bloom. Leaves alternate, 50-80 mm long, hairy, on the adaxial or abaxial surface, the hairs straight; lamina flat, once divided, pinnately divided, divided to the midrib; lobes 30-50 mm long, 0.5-1 mm wide, the margins revolute, enclosing the lower surface of the leaf blade, forming a groove either side of the midvein. Inflorescences axillary or terminal, white or cream; pedicels 4.5-6 mm long. Perianth 2-3 mm long; tepals all free after flower opens, glabrous; ovary glabrous, stipitate, the stipe 2-2.5 mm long; pistil 6.5-7.5 mm long, white, pollen presenter conical, style glabrous. Follicles glabrous, not viscid, dehiscent, 5-7 mm long. Flowers in September, October or November. Occurs in the Eremaean (ER) or South-west (SW) Botanical Province(s), in the Coolgardie (COO) or Avon Wheatbelt (AW) IBRA subregion(s).
