Scientific Description

Shrubs, 0.5-1 m high; branchlets hairy. Leaves alternate, 10-35 mm long, 0.2-0.5 mm wide, hairy; lamina terete, entire, incurved or sigmoid. Inflorescences leafy, the flowers dispersed singly, blue, hairy; floral bracts 1.5-2 mm long, hairy. Perianth 5-7.5 mm long, irregular, hairy; upper lip 1-1.5 mm long, hairy; lower lip 0.5-1 mm long, hairy. Flowers in August or September. Occurs in the Eremaean (ER) or South-west (SW) Botanical Province(s), in the Coolgardie (COO) or Mallee (MAL) IBRA subregion(s). : Conservation code Priority Two (P2).
