Dense, rounded shrub, 0.4-1.2 m high. Fl. white, Sep to Dec. Sandy or clayey soils. Gentle slopes, flats.
Scientific Description
Shrubs, 0.5-1 m high; branchlets hairy. Leaves alternate, 10-25 mm long, 0.4-1 mm wide, hairy; lamina terete, entire, incurved. Inflorescences leafy, the flowers dispersed singly, white or cream, hairy; floral bracts 1.5-2 mm long, hairy. Perianth 5-8 mm long, irregular, hairy; upper lip 0.5-1.5 mm long, hairy; lower lip 0.5-0.6 mm long, hairy. Nut 2-2.5 mm long. Flowers in September, October, November or December. Occurs in the South-west (SW) Botanical Province(s), in the Avon Wheatbelt (AW) or Jarrah Forest (JF) IBRA subregion(s).
