Sprawling, tangled, flexuose, non-lignotuberous shrub, 0.2-1.5 m high. Fl. white/white-blue, Jun to Oct. Grey sand. Winter-wet depressions.
Scientific Description
Shrubs, 0.5-1.5 m high; branchlets glabrous. Leaves alternate, 80-310 mm long, 4-17 mm wide, glabrous; lamina flat, clearly widest above the middle, entire, erect. Inflorescences without leaves, the flowers aggregated into distinct clusters, the clusters stalked, white or blue, hairy; floral bracts 1.5-3.5 mm long, hairy. Perianth 5-8 mm long, radially symmetrical, hairy, the lobes 2-4.5 mm long. Nut 2.5-3 mm long. Flowers in June, July, August, September or October. Occurs in the South-west (SW) Botanical Province(s), in the Swan Coastal Plain (SWA), Jarrah Forest (JF) or Warren (WAR) IBRA subregion(s).
