Scientific Description

Shrubs; branchlets glabrous. Leaves alternate, 60-115 mm long, glabrous; petiole glabrous; lamina flat, once divided or twice or more divided, pinnately divided or tripartitely divided, deeply divided or divided to the midrib; distance from base of leaf to lowest lobe 20-50 mm; terminal leaf lobe 2-8 mm long, 1-3 mm wide; lowest lobes 20-30 mm long. Inflorescences yellow; scape 90-100 mm long; floral bracts 1.5-2.3 mm long. Perianth 5-6.5 mm long, glabrous; adaxial tepal 5-6.5 mm long; abaxial tepal 4-4.5 mm long; ovary hairy, style glabrous; style including stigmatic disc 3.5-3.7 mm long, lobed; stigma 1.2-1.5 mm long, 1 mm wide. Flowers in June, July, August or September. Occurs in the South-west (SW) Botanical Province(s), in the Avon Wheatbelt (AW) or Mallee (MAL) IBRA subregion(s). : Conservation code Priority Three (P3).
