Fibrous-rooted perennial, herb, to 0.3 m high, stem erect, woody, with a solitary terminal leafy rosette; inflorescence with woolly hairs. Fl. pink/white, Jul to Sep. Skeletal soils over sandstone. Banks and beds of seasonally flooded creeks.
