Erect or semi-prostrate, lignotuberous shrub, 0.2-1.5(-2) m high. Fl. red/pink/purple/cream-purple, Jul to Dec or Jan to Feb or Apr. White/grey or brown sand, gravel.
Scientific Description
Shrubs or prostrate shrubs, 0.40-2 m high. Leaves alternate, 10-20 mm long, glabrous; lamina terete, twice or more divided, tripartitely divided, divided to the midrib, with glands at the leaf (or leaf lobe) apex. Inflorescences cream, red or pink; innermost bracts 4-6 mm long; peduncles 1-1.5 mm long. Perianth 23-24 mm long, glabrous or hairy; ovary glabrous; pistil 32-35 mm long, pollen presenter erect, style glabrous. Flowers in January, February, March, April, July, August, September, October, November or December. Occurs in the South-west (SW) Botanical Province(s), in the Swan Coastal Plain (SWA), Jarrah Forest (JF), Warren (WAR) or Esperance Plains (ESP) IBRA subregion(s).
