Inflorescences pubescent (with soft, straight, erect hairs), yellow or pink; innermost bracts 3-4 mm long, hairy. Perianth 15-20 mm long, hairy or glabrous, limb apex pubescent (with soft, straight, erect hairs), without awns; pistil 19-25 mm long, hooked, style glabrous. Follicles glabrous or hairy, pubescent (with soft, straight, erect hairs), elliptic or ovate, 23-27 mm long. Flowers in January, February, March, April or May.
