Shrub or tree, to 3.5 m high, phyllodes terete, 7.5-13.5 cm long, 0.7-1.4mm diam.; spikes 10-30 mm long; seeds 7mm long, 5 mm wide. Fl. yellow, Jan or Mar or Jun to Oct. Sandy soils. Often on dunes and sandplains.
