Erect, semi-aquatic annual or perennial, herb, to 0.26 m high. Fl. white/other, Apr to Jul or Oct. Sand, red clay, mud, sandstone, limestone, granite. Gorges, rocky areas, margins of pools and creeks, sometimes in shallow water.
