Spreading, dense shrub, 1.2-3 m high. Fl. white, Jul to Sep. Gravelly loam, laterite.
Scientific Description
Shrubs, 2-3 m high; branchlets hairy, not glaucous. Leaves alternate, 40-75 mm long, hairy, on the abaxial surface, the hairs straight; lamina flat, twice or more divided, tripartitely divided, divided to the midrib; lobes 10-35 mm long, 1 mm wide, the margins revolute, enclosing the lower surface of the leaf blade, forming a groove either side of the midvein. Inflorescences axillary or terminal, white or pink; pedicels 3-4 mm long. Perianth 3-4 mm long; tepals all free after flower opens, glabrous; ovary glabrous, stipitate, the stipe 0.7-0.9 mm long; pistil 4-6 mm long, white, pollen presenter oblique, style glabrous. Follicles glabrous, not viscid, dehiscent, 9-11 mm long. Flowers in July, August or September. Occurs in the South-west (SW) Botanical Province(s), in the Avon Wheatbelt (AW) IBRA subregion(s). : Conservation code Priority Two (P2).
