Much-branched, spreading shrub, 1-2.5 m high. Fl. cream-white/cream-yellow, Aug to Oct. Yellow, brown or red sand, clay loam.
Scientific Description
Shrubs, 1-2 m high; branchlets hairy, not glaucous. Leaves alternate, 3-6(-9) mm long, glabrous, once divided, tripartitely divided, divided to the midrib; lobes 2-5 mm long, 1 mm wide, the margins revolute, enclosing the lower surface of the leaf blade, forming a groove either side of the midvein. Inflorescences axillary or terminal, green, white or cream; pedicels 1.5-3 mm long. Perianth 2.5-3.5 mm long; tepals all free after flower opens, glabrous or hairy; ovary glabrous, stipitate, the stipe 1-1.5 mm long; pistil 7-10 mm long, white or cream, pollen presenter oblique, style glabrous. Follicles glabrous, not viscid, dehiscent, 9-13 mm long. Flowers in July, August, September or October. Occurs in the South-west (SW) Botanical Province(s), in the Avon Wheatbelt (AW) IBRA subregion(s). : Conservation code Threatened (T).
