Erect to spreading, branching shrub, to 1 m high, flowers pedicellate above bracteoles, hairy on lobes and in throat; fruits bearing persistent style. Fl. white, Jul to Sep. White or pink sandy soils, laterite clays. On slopes or at the bases of breakaways.
