Erect to spreading shrub, 1.2-2.1 m high. Fl. white, Aug to Oct. White or yellow sand.
Scientific Description
Shrubs, 1-2 m high; branchlets glabrous, not glaucous. Leaves alternate, 7-25 mm long, hairy, on the abaxial surface, the hairs straight; lamina flat, once divided, pinnately divided, divided to the midrib; lobes 5-20 mm long, 0.5-1.5 mm wide, the margins revolute, enclosing the lower surface of the leaf blade, forming a groove either side of the midvein. Inflorescences terminal, green or white; pedicels 6-8 mm long. Perianth 3-4 mm long; tepals all free after flower opens, glabrous; ovary glabrous, stipitate, the stipe 1-1.5 mm long; pistil 3-4.5 mm long, white, pollen presenter conical, style glabrous. Follicles glabrous, not viscid, dehiscent, 8-12 mm long. Flowers in August, September or October. Occurs in the South-west (SW) Botanical Province(s), in the Avon Wheatbelt (AW) IBRA subregion(s). : Conservation code Priority Three (P3).
