Scientific Description

Shrubs, 1-1.5 m high; branchlets glabrous or hairy, not glaucous. Leaves alternate, 15-50 mm long, glabrous; lamina flat, twice or more divided, pinnately divided, divided to the midrib; lobes 50-230 mm long, 0.5-1.5 mm wide, the margins revolute, enclosing the lower surface of the leaf blade, forming a groove either side of the midvein. Inflorescences axillary or terminal, green or white; pedicels 1.5-3 mm long. Perianth 3-4 mm long; tepals all free after flower opens, glabrous; ovary hairy, sessile; pistil 4-5 mm long, yellow, pollen presenter erect, style glabrous. Follicles hairy, not viscid, dehiscent, 7-8 mm long. Flowers in August or September. Occurs in the Eremaean (ER) Botanical Province(s), in the Carnarvon (CAR), Yalgoo (YAL) or Murchison (MUR) IBRA subregion(s). : Conservation code Priority Three (P3).
