Erect to spreading, many-stemmed shrub, (0.15-)0.5-2 m high. Fl. white/white-pink, Jun to Oct. Sand, sandy loam on laterite or ironstone.
Scientific Description
Shrubs, 1-1.5 m high; branchlets glabrous or hairy, not glaucous. Leaves alternate, 25-50 mm long, hairy or glabrous, the hairs straight; lamina flat, twice or more divided, pinnately divided, divided to the midrib; lobes 5-30 mm long, 0.5-1.5 mm wide, the margins revolute, enclosing the lower surface of the leaf blade, forming a groove either side of the midvein. Inflorescences axillary or terminal, white or pink; pedicels 6-8 mm long. Perianth 4-6 mm long; tepals all free after flower opens, glabrous; ovary glabrous, stipitate, the stipe 1.5-2 mm long; pistil 10-15 mm long, white or pink, pollen presenter oblique, style glabrous. Follicles glabrous, not viscid, dehiscent, 9-13 mm long. Flowers in June, July, August, September, October or November. Occurs in the Eremaean (ER) or South-west (SW) Botanical Province(s), in the Yalgoo (YAL), Coolgardie (COO), Avon Wheatbelt (AW), Jarrah Forest (JF), Mallee (MAL) or Esperance Plains (ESP) IBRA subregion(s).
