Erect, spreading shrub, 0.6-2.2 m high. Fl. yellow, Nov to Dec or Jan. Gravelly sand, clay, stony loam.

Scientific Description

Shrubs, 1-2 m high; branchlets hairy, not ribbed. Leaves alternate, 8-12 mm long, 0.8-1 mm wide, glabrous; lamina flat, more or less the same width throughout, entire, smooth, the margins revolute; apex acute. Inflorescences yellow; pedicels 1-1.5 mm long, hairy. Perianth 11-12 mm long, radially symmetrical, glabrous; anther appendage present, 0.4-0.6 mm long; ovary glabrous; pistil 9-10 mm long. Flowers in January, November or December. Occurs in the South-west (SW) Botanical Province(s), in the Esperance Plains (ESP) IBRA subregion(s).
