Scientific Description

Shrubs; branchlets hairy. Leaves alternate, 75-340 mm long, glabrous; petiole glabrous; lamina flat, twice or more divided, pinnately divided, shallowly divided or divided to the midrib; distance from base of leaf to lowest lobe 75-230 mm; terminal leaf lobe 15-55 mm long, 3-8 mm wide; lowest lobes 40-100 mm long. Inflorescences yellow; scape 255-480 mm long; floral bracts 1-1.3 mm long. Perianth 4-5 mm long, glabrous; adaxial tepal 4-5 mm long; abaxial tepal 3-3.5 mm long; ovary hairy, style glabrous; style including stigmatic disc 3-3.5 mm long, lobed; stigma 0.7-0.8 mm long, 1-1.2 mm wide. Follicles 5-7 mm long. Flowers in July, August, September, October or November. Occurs in the South-west (SW) Botanical Province(s), in the Swan Coastal Plain (SWA), Avon Wheatbelt (AW), Jarrah Forest (JF) or Warren (WAR) IBRA subregion(s).
