Scientific Description

Shrubs; branchlets hairy. Leaves alternate, 130-390 mm long, hairy; petiole hairy; lamina flat, twice or more divided, pinnately divided, deeply divided, indumentum spreading; distance from base of leaf to lowest lobe 55-95 mm; terminal leaf lobe 60-90 mm long, 6-8 mm wide; lowest lobes 60-100 mm long. Inflorescences yellow; scape 125-300 mm long; floral bracts 3.5-4.5 mm long. Perianth 7-8.5 mm long, hairy; adaxial tepal 7-8.5 mm long; abaxial tepal 6.5-7.5 mm long; ovary hairy, style glabrous; style including stigmatic disc 3-6 mm long, entire; stigma 1 mm long, 0.5-0.8 mm wide. Flowers in August, September, October or November. Occurs in the South-west (SW) Botanical Province(s), in the Swan Coastal Plain (SWA) or Jarrah Forest (JF) IBRA subregion(s).
