Scientific Description

Shrubs; branchlets hairy. Leaves alternate, 60-245 mm long, hairy; petiole hairy; lamina flat, twice or more divided, tripartitely divided, deeply divided, indumentum appressed; distance from base of leaf to lowest lobe 40-65 mm; terminal leaf lobe 7-15 mm long, 2-5 mm wide; lowest lobes 15-60 mm long. Inflorescences yellow; scape 60-85 mm long; floral bracts 2-3.5 mm long. Perianth 6.5-10 mm long, hairy; adaxial tepal 6.5-10 mm long; abaxial tepal 8-9 mm long; ovary hairy, style glabrous; style including stigmatic disc 5-6.5 mm long, strongly concave; stigma 1.5-1.7 mm long, 1.2-1.3 mm wide. Follicles 5-6 mm long. Flowers in July, August, September, October or November. Occurs in the South-west (SW) Botanical Province(s), in the Jarrah Forest (JF) or Esperance Plains (ESP) IBRA subregion(s). : Conservation code Priority Three (P3).
