Reed-like perennial, herb, 0.25-0.75 m high, Leaves subulate to narrowly oblanceolate, 0.8-3 cm long, 0.7-1 mm wide, apex acute, margin entire, glabrous. Scape mostly glabrous, inflorescence axis glandular. Inflorescence racemose. Fl. pink, Oct to Dec. Grey sand over limestone. Coastal hills and interdunal swamps. Agonis Woodland, Melaleuca sedgeland.
