Scientific Description

Shrubs, 0.5-1 m high; branchlets glabrous. Leaves alternate, 30-55 mm long, 5-8 mm wide, glabrous; lamina terete, clearly widest above the middle, entire. Inflorescences not viscid, cream or yellow. Perianth 8.5-9 mm long, hairy, the limb apex hairy all over; pistil 8.5-9 mm long; pollen presenter not fusiform, glabrous, 3-3.5 mm long, the brush 1.5-1.7 mm long. Cone with persistent scales, 10-16 mm long. Flowers in June, July, August, September, October or November. Occurs in the South-west (SW) Botanical Province(s), in the Esperance Plains (ESP) IBRA subregion(s).
