Non-lignotuberous, bushy shrub, to 2.5 m high. Gravelly loam. In open shrubland.
Scientific Description
Shrubs, 0 m high; branchlets hairy. Leaves alternate, 30-55 mm long, 7-15 mm wide, glabrous; lamina flat, clearly widest above the middle, once divided, pinnately divided, shallowly divided. Inflorescences axillary, cream or pink; pedicels (6-)6.5-7 mm long. Perianth (4.5-)5-5.5 mm long, glabrous; ovary glabrous; pistil (7.5-)8-9 mm long, pollen presenter conical, style glabrous. Follicles 25-30 mm long, 0 mm wide, corky tetrahedral projections (on external surfaces of fruit) absent; seed 13-16 mm long (including wing), 0 mm wide, the wing discontinuous, marginal, extending down one lateral side only. Flowers in August or September. Occurs in the South-west (SW) Botanical Province(s), in the Avon Wheatbelt (AW) or Jarrah Forest (JF) IBRA subregion(s). : Conservation code Priority One (P1).
