Scientific Description

Stems unribbed. Leaves flat, 30-85 mm long, 6-10 mm wide, Indumentum absent (leaves glabrous) or present, with sparse, simple hairs; margins entire or toothed. Bracteoles present. Pedicel pedicellate, Pedicel length the pedicels 9-11 mm long. Calyx lobes present, Calyx length 2 mm long, glabrous. Corolla yellow, 14 mm long, without auricles, not spurred, glabrous on the outside, glabrous on the inside; central lobes 4 mm long, with wings; outer lobes 7 mm long, wing present on both sides and clearly unequal, 0.5 mm wide on the narrower side, 1 mm wide on the broader side. Anthers rarely free. Ovary inferior, not gibbose; style 7.5 mm long, hairy; indusium single, hairy; ovules more than two. Flowers in May. Occurs in the Coolgardie (COO) IBRA Region(s), of the Eremaean (E) Botanical Province. Conservation Code: Conservation code Priority Two (P2).
