Scientific Description
Shrubs or prostrate shrubs, 0.30-0.50 m high; branchlets glabrous or hairy. Leaves petiolate, alternate, 40-70 mm long, 6-10 mm wide, hairy; petiole 4-6 mm long; lamina flat, once divided, pinnately divided, deeply divided, with 12-15 lobes on each side, the margins revolute. Inflorescences cream, yellow or pink; innermost bracts 15-17 mm long, glabrous. Perianth 23-26 mm long, hairy, all over, limb apex hirsute (with long, rough and coarse hairs), without awns; pistil 22-30 mm long, curved, style hairy. Follicles hairy, pubescent (with soft, straight, erect hairs), cuneate, 14-20 mm long. Flowers in July, August or September. Occurs in the South-west (SW) Botanical Province(s), in the Carnarvon (CAR) or Geraldton Sandplains (GS) IBRA subregion(s). : Conservation code Priority Two (P2).
