Service Notice

The Western Australian Herbarium’s collections management system, WAHerb, and DBCA’s flora taxonomic names application, WACensus, have been set to read-only mode since 1 October 2025. Recent taxonomic changes are not currently being reflected in Florabase, herbarium collections, or the census. The project team is now conducting testing of the migrated data, and a further update will be provided by the end of the financial year (1 July). Please reach out to us if you have any questions or concerns.

Scientific Description

Shrubs; branchlets hairy, with straight hairs, not ribbed, not glaucous. Leaves alternate, 100-150 mm long, 15-20 mm wide, glabrous; petiole glabrous; lamina flat, entire or deeply divided; lowest lobes 25 mm long. Inflorescences yellow; scape 120-145 mm long; floral bracts 2.5(-3.5) mm long. Perianth glabrous; adaxial tepal 8.5-10 mm long; abaxial tepal 6.5-7.5 mm long, style glabrous. Flowers in September. Occurs in the South-west (SW) Botanical Province(s), in the Jarrah Forest (JF) IBRA subregion(s). : Conservation code Priority Two (P2).
