Spreading procumbent to mound-like or occasionally erect shrub, 0.3-2 m high. Fl. yellow, Aug to Oct. Clay or sandy clay, yellow/red sand, loam, calcareous or lateritic soils. Low-lying areas, plains, near salt lakes.
