Annual, herb, to 0.5 m high. Fl. yellow, Sep to Oct. In grasslands, coastal areas, disturbed natural vegetation.

Scientific Description

Stems terete, not spiny, glabrous; pustules or glands absent. Leaves or phylloclades clearly present, compound, alternate, not continuous with stem, 35-40 mm long, glabrous, flat with flat margins; margins entire, pinnately arranged, terminal leaflet present, stalked. Stipules present and persistent to older leaves, 5-6 mm long, without glands, ribless. Corolla uniformly coloured, yellow; standard NaN (?) mm long. Stamens ten, at two different levels (filaments alternately long and short). Fruit sessile or subsessile (?). Flowers in September and October. Occurs in the South-West Botanical Province, in the Swan Coastal Plain IBRA regions.
