Scientific Description

Prostrate,spreading or scrambling, herb. Stems terete or flattened, not spiny, glabrous; pustules or glands absent. Leaves or phylloclades clearly present, compound, alternate, not continuous with stem, 10-35 mm long, glabrous, flat with flat margins; margins entire, leaflets 3, pinnately arranged, terminal leaflet present, stalked. Corolla uniformly coloured, yellow. Stamens ten. Fruit 7-9 mm long, stipitate, not constricted between the seeds, round in cross-section, hairy, with simple hairs, not beaked. Flowers in August, September, October, November and December. Occurs in the South-West Botanical Province, in the Avon Wheatbelt and Swan Coastal Plain IBRA regions.
