Multistemmed, decumbent shrub, 0.2-0.5(-3) m high. Fl. pink/white/pink & white, May to Dec or Jan to Feb. Grey to brown sandy loams, white to yellow sand, laterite gravel, ironstone, granite, limestone. Plains, slopes and rises, hillsides, ridgetops, breakaways, valley bottoms.
