Usually prostrate or sometimes diffuse to erect shrub, 0.05-0.3(-0.4) m high. Fl. yellow/cream, Aug to Oct. Yellow/grey sand, red/brown laterite gravel, brown clay to sandy clay, ironstone, limestone. Flats, hillslopes, winter-wet sites, edges of lakes.
