Procumbent or erect, stoloniferous rhizomatous, annual or perennial, herb, 0.1-0.47 m high. Fl. white, Feb or May to Aug. Sandy soils over sandstone, gravelly sand over laterite. Moist areas, along creeks & pools, seasonally inundated areas.
