Shrub, 0.4-1.2 m high. Fl. cream-white, Oct to Dec or Jan to Apr. Red sandy soils, clay. Plains.

Scientific Description

Stems unribbed. Leaves flat, 7-10 mm long, 3-5 mm wide, Indumentum absent (leaves glabrous); margins entire. Bracteoles absent. Pedicel pedicellate, Pedicel length the pedicels 0.5-1 mm long, glabrous. Calyx lobes present, Calyx length 0-0.5 mm long, glabrous. Corolla 9-10 mm long, without auricles, not spurred, glabrous on the outside, glabrous on the inside. Anthers free. Ovary inferior, not gibbose; style 4-5 mm long, hairy; indusium single, hairy; ovules one or two. Flowers in January, February, March, April, October, November and December. Occurs in the Murchison (MUR), Coolgardie (COO), Hampton (HAM) and Mallee (MAL) IBRA Region(s), of the Eremaean (E) and South West (SW) Botanical Province.
