Scientific Description

Stems unribbed. Leaves flat, 6-20 mm long, 0.3-3.5 mm wide, Indumentum present, with dense or sparse, simple hairs; margins entire. Bracteoles absent. Pedicel pedicellate, Pedicel length the pedicels 1-1.3 mm long, Indumentum present, Hair type with simple hairs. Calyx lobes present, Calyx length 5 mm long, hairy, with dense, simple hairs. Corolla white or cream, 8-10 mm long, without auricles, not spurred, hairy on the outside, with sparse, simple hairs, hairy on the inside; central lobes 2.8-3.6 mm long, with wings; outer lobes 2.8-3.5 mm long, wings present on both sides, 0.3-0.5 mm wide. Anthers free. Ovary inferior, not gibbose; style 5.5-8 mm long, hairy; indusium single, hairy; ovules one or two. Flowers in January, August, September, October, November and December. Occurs in the Coolgardie (COO), Geraldton Sandplains (GS), Swan Coastal Plain (SWA), Avon Wheatbelt (AW), Mallee (MAL) and Esperance Plains (ESP) IBRA Region(s), of the Eremaean (E) and South West (SW) Botanical Province.
