Creeping perennial, herb, to 0.15 m high, with many leafy stems arising from rosette nodes on the soil surface. Fl. pink, Oct to Nov. Sand, limestone, soils associated with sheet laterite, granite. Coastal dunes, winter-wet watercourses, aprons of rock outcrops.
