Caespitose perennial, herb, 0.035-0.12 m high, Leaves tufted, linear, 1.5-9 cm long, 0.5-1.2 mm wide, apex mucronate, margin hyaline, glabrous or scabrous. Scape hoary. Inflorescence uni-flowered. Fl. cream or pink-orange, Oct to Dec. Clay loam or sand. Hillslopes or damp depressions. Open Eucalypt woodland, occasionally in heath.
