Rosetted perennial, herb, 0.12-0.35(-0.5) m high, Leaves tufted, broadly linear to narrowly oblanceolate, 2-6 cm long, 0.8-3 mm wide, apex subacute, margin entire, glandular. Scape glabrous at base, sparingly glandular along inflorescence axis. Inflorescence racemose. Clayey sand or sandy loam over laterite or granite. Hillslopes and plains. Open woodland, low heath, shrubland with Proteaceae, mallee, Acacia and/or Allocasuarina.
